第二十四日Twenty-fourth Day
晨祷
天父上帝阿，祢创造了一切，所造尽都美好。我们为晚间可以休息，白天可以工作，谢谢祢！
谢谢祢创造这个世界，有黑夜有白昼，有光明有黑暗，有日落有黎明。
谢谢祢把我们造成这个样式：有双手可以工作，有双脚可以走路，有眼睛可以看见，有耳朵可以听闻，有头脑可以思考、做计划，有记忆可以回忆，有心可以爱。
谢谢祢为今天要教导我们的人，为我们要向他们求教的人，为那些我们可以向他们取经，以助我们工作和解决问题的人。
谢谢祢为那些每日用友情加添我们力量，用友爱使我们生活更光耀的人。
除此之外，我们更要为耶稣基督我们的主谢谢祢！求使我们终日记得他总与我们同在。
因祢爱的缘故，我们如此祈求。阿们。
In the Morning
O God, our Father, who hast made all things and made them well, we thank Thee for sleep by night and for work by day.
We thank Thee for this world which Thou hast made; for night and day; for light and dark; for sunset and for dawn.
We thank Thee that Thou hast made us as we are. We thank Thee for hands to work and feet to walk; for eyes to see and ears to hear; for minds to think and plan, for memories to remember, and for hearts to love.
We thank Thee for those who today will teach us, for those to whom we will go for advice, and for those on whose wisdom and experience we will draw to help us to do our work and to solve our problems.
We thank Thee for those whose friendship every day gives strength and whose love gives glory to our lives.
Above all else we thank Thee for Jesus Christ, our blessed Lord. Grant that all through today we may never forget His presence always with us. This we ask for Thy loves sake. AMEN.
晚祷
天父上帝阿，在祢面前，我们特别记念那些惧怕黑夜的人。
求祢祝福那些身体软弱有病痛的人，祝福那些虽然疲乏却不能入睡的人，祝福那些因挂虑而不得安宁的人，祝福那些在夜间觉得世界特别空寂，感到特别孤单的人，祝福那些害怕黑暗、孤单的孩童。
求祢赦免我们今天所做的一切错事，那些甚至我们自己都觉得难以饶恕的事。
求赐我们今夜心绪安宁，心灵因感受到我们的生命隐藏在基督里而感到满足。无论何事都不能使我们与基督的爱分离。
因祢爱的缘故，我们如此祈求。阿们。
In the Evening
O God, our Father, we remember before Thee those who dread and fear the night.
Bless those in pain and in distress of body; those who, although they are tired, cannot sleep; those whom worry has robbed of rest; those for whom the world seems very empty and very lonely at evening time; little children who are lonely and afraid of the dark.
Forgive us this night for all the wrong that we have this day done, even for the things for which we find it hard to forgive ourselves.
Grant us this night the mind at rest in the peace that passeth understanding; the heart content in the love from which nothing can separate us; and the life which is hid with Christ in Thee.
This we ask for Thy loves sake. AMEN.
