今日早晚祷言 （第十一日）
第十一日 Eleventh Day
晨祷
天父上帝阿，恳求祢今天赐我们对事对人都存一颗忍耐的心。
假如遇有困难的工作，求赐我们不容败北的毅力。
假如遇有难以解决的困难，求祢帮助我们不要放弃，直到寻得解决。
假如第一次没有把事情弄对，帮助我们继续不断地尝试，直到转失败为成功。
求今日帮助我们决不对人发脾气，不论他们是多么不公平，不公正；多么使人厌烦，使人不愉快。
求祢帮助我们花时间倾听任何想向我们倾诉忧虑、困难或需要的人。
求祢帮助我们对那些学得慢，理解的慢的人心存忍耐。
求祢帮助我们今日能够象耶稣那样工作，象耶稣那样爱人。
因着祢爱的缘故，我们如此祈求。阿们。
In the Morning
God, our Father, grant unto us all through this day patience with things and patience with people.
If any task will be difficult, grant us the perseverance which will not admit defeat.
If any problem will be hard to solve, help us not to abandon it, until we have found the solution.
If things will not come right the first time, help us not to try and to try again, until failure becomes success.
Help us all through today never to lose our temper with people, however unfair, unjust, annoying and unpleasant they may be.
Help us to have time to listen to anyone who wants to talk to us about a worry, a problem, or a need.
Help us to be patient with those who are slow to learn and slow to understand.
Help us all through this day to work as Jesus worked, and to love as Jesus loved. This we ask for Thy love’s sake. Amen.
晚祷
天父上帝阿，回顾今日，倘若我们使人觉得事情更加难办，求祢饶恕。
倘若因为我们粗心，欠考虑，自私或轻率，使别人更难工作，求祢饶恕。
倘若由于我们嘲笑他人所珍爱的，质疑他人所宝贵的，致使他更难坚立信心，求祢饶恕。
倘若由于我们作出了使人易走错路的榜样，致使他更难具良善，求祢饶恕。
倘若由于我们抱怨、不满，带给人忧郁沮丧，致使他更难有喜乐，求主饶恕。
上帝阿，求祢宽恕我们生活中一切的丑陋，求帮助我们在明日更加依凭我主而行，使我们也能具有他的美善。
因着祢爱的缘故，我们如此祈求。阿们。
In the Evening
God, our Father: as we look back across this day, we ask Thee to forgive us if today we have made things harder for others.
Forgive us if we have made work harder for others, by being careless, thoughtless, selfish and inconsiderate.
Forgive us if we have made faith harder for others, by laughing at things they hold precious, or casting doubts on things they hold dear.
Forgive us if we have made goodness harder for others, by setting them an example which would make it easier for them to go wrong.
Forgive us if we have made joy harder for others, by bringing gloom and depression through our grumbling discontent.
Forgive us , O God, for all the ugliness of our lives; and tomorrow help us to walk more nearly as our Master walked, that something of His grace and beauty may be on us. This we ask for Thy love’s sake. Amen
