第五日 Fifth Day
晨祷
永在的永受赞美的上帝啊，祢是美好生命的主。我们不知道今天会遇见什么，也不知道会发生什么事，但无论何事临到，求祢与我们同在，带领我们，加添我们的力量，安慰我们并掌管我们。
假如试探临到，求赐恩惠使我们能胜过恶者，行正直的事。
假如要做个重大的决定，求赐恩使我们能选择正路，弃绝错误。
假如为祢作见证遇到难处，求赐我们勇气，不因承认我们是谁，所信的是谁而感到羞愧。
假如一切顺利，求使我们脱离骄傲，脱离可以不需要祢的念头。
假如我们遇见忧伤、失败、失望、损失，求主保守我们脱离绝望，帮助我们从不放弃努力奋斗。
主啊，祢乃是世上的光，求祢今日与我们同在，使我们无论是在光明之中，还是在阴影笼罩之时，都能象光明之子一样生活行事。
靠我主耶稣基督。阿们。
In the Morning
Eternal and everblessed God, who are the Lord of all good life, we do not know what will come to us and what will happen to us today. Whatever comes to us, be Thou with us to guide and to strengthen, to comfort and control.
If temptation comes to us, give us grace to overcome evil and to do the right.
If we have to make important decision, give, us grace ever to choose the right way, and to refuse the wrong way.
If it will be difficult to witness for you, give us courage never to be ashamed to show whose we are and whom we serve.
If things go well with us, keep us from all pride, and keep us from thinking that we do not need you.
If we shall know sorrow, failure, disappointment, loss, keep us from all despair, and help us never to give in.
O you who are the Light of the World, be you with us today, whatever light may shine or shadow fall, that we may ever live and walk as children of the light: through Jesus Christ our Lord. AMEN.
晚祷
天父上帝啊，祢赐我们生命，也赐我们当做的工。日暮之时，求祢祝福。
为今天只做了一半的事，甚至根本都还没开始做的事，求主饶恕。
为已订了计划却没有实行，为梦想还依然是梦想，求主饶恕。
为曾向祢和他人许过诺言却没有履行，求主饶恕。
天父上帝啊，求祢祝福那些今晚特别需要祢祝福的人：
祝福那些在海上、陆地上和在空中旅行的人；那些躺卧在饥寒交迫中的人；那些在狱中蒙羞的人；那些生病失眠的人；那些伤心的，对漫漫长夜感到孤单的人，求主眷顾。
求主祝福我们中的每一位，整夜与我们同在，直到曙光破晓，黑影消失。
靠我主耶稣基督。阿们。
In the Evening
O God, our Father, who has given us a life to live, and a task to do, bless us at eventide.
Forgive us for the things which we have left half done today, and for the things which we have not even begun.
Forgive us for the plans that we made, and did not carry out; and for the dreams which are still only dreams.
Forgive us for the promises which we made to you and to our fellow-men, and did not keep.
O God, our Father, bless those who this night specially need your blessing.
Bless those on journeys by sea and land and air; those who this night will lie down in hunger and in cold; those who are in prison and in disgrace; those who are ill and who will not sleep tonight; whose who are sad and for whom the slow, dark hours are very lonely.
Bless each one of us , and be with us through this night, and stay with us until the day shall break and all the shadows flee away: through Jesus Christ our Lord. AMEN
