美国久安电视联合国总部宴会厅报道： 2月10傍晚一场由美国常青藤美育联盟、北京星光少年艺术团承办的“第八届星光校园文化中国中国非物质文化遗产联合国总部展演”拉开帷幕，许多非物质文化遗产具有中国特色的音乐、舞蹈、器乐类节目，在北京少年艺术团的精彩表演下，展示了中国民族特色的风情和艺术。

在众多的少年表演的节目中，而别具一格的表演当属中国著名的老报人、萨克斯演奏家杜耀峰表演的萨克斯单簧管的演奏。他所演奏的中国人人皆知、能唱的“山丹丹开花红艳艳”，充分表达了中国农历新年到来之际，华人红红火火过新年的喜悦之情，令在场的“老外”纷纷掏出手机拍照。用萨克斯单簧管演奏难度颇高的中国民乐，可不是一件容易的事，但在这位八岁开始萨克斯就不离手的演奏家杜耀峰来说，得心应手也不是简单的。

杜耀峰在接受久安电视采访的时候说“我希望通过音乐，把中国人的情感，把一带一路的精神带到全球，带到全世界。“

杜耀峰，男，汉族，1952年6月2日出生，研究生学历、高级记者、国家二级岗位教授、博士生导师，国务院特贴专家，中国新闻摄影学会副会长，中国新闻文化促进会副会长、华赛国际新闻摄影大赛评委，清华大学舆情分析研究员，西北大学新闻学研究院创始院长，西安培华传媒学院院长，陕西新闻摄影学会会长。

杜耀峰从事新闻工作与新闻与传播教育工33年来，发表作品3000多篇260万字，获中国新闻奖7项，获首届全国百佳新闻工作者称号，第二届范长江新闻奖提名奖，十一届长江韬奋奖，被评为有突出贡献专家、国务院特贴专家。撰写发表学术论文50多篇，其中7篇获中国专业论文奖。著有传播学专著和散文集、论文集5部；其中报告文学《秦道》获中国改革开放三十年优秀报告文学奖和新中国六十年30篇优秀报告文学奖；散文《黄陵问柏》获冰心散文奖；杜耀峰被聘为第二届中国国际新闻摄影比赛（“华赛”）的评委。
