美国久安电视纽约报道：纽约时间2017年11月10日，中国著名艺术家张志民将与他的作品亮相纽约中国艺术馆。纽约作为世界艺术中心，是传播艺术的最强阵地，本次展览将展出张志民的20幅精品佳作，此次展览将会是山东艺术家在国际舞台上的壹次精彩亮相。

张志民先生是山东省美术家协会主席、彭丽媛母校山东艺术学院校长。中国着名的水墨山水画家，中国画学会副会长、中国美术家协会理事、中国美术家协会中国画艺委会委员、中国国家画院研究员、中国国家画院张志民工作室导师，教育部高等学校艺术类专业教学指导委员会及美术分委员会委员、全国艺术专业学位研究生教育指导委员会美术与艺术设计分委会委员，澳大利亚格里菲斯大学、澳门科技大学、山东师范大学博士研究生导师、对外经济贸易大学客座教授。山东省政协常委、省政协科教文卫体委员会主任，山东省文联副主席、山东省美术家协会原主席，山东艺术学院原院长、教授、研究生导师，全国优秀教师。出版有«张志民山水画集»«中国山水画构图研究»等专着。主持山东省社会科学规划重点项目«中国画研究»等多项科研项目。

同日下午在此开展的还有以中国国家画院杨晓阳院长为代表的中国几十位国画大家作品展出。

2017年11月12日下午2点至4点张志民院长的国画艺术讲座，在华美人文学会开讲（雷克托街40号）

本次来纽约举办画展,旨在介绍中国传统水墨画的现状和发展,用精选出的优秀作品展现中国水墨画的形,神,气,韵,并向纽约的中国艺术家和外国艺术家学习,由此推进中西方文化交流。世界文化多种多様斑斓绚丽，文化交流可以促进理解,理解则能建立友谊，而友爱友好的最终目的是共同进步，共同建设和谐文明的社会。我们愿为此而努力。
