今日早晚祷言（第二十三日）
第二十三日Twenty-third Day
晨祷
天父上帝阿，求祢帮助我们今日忠忠实实地工作，好好地工作（并把工作做好）。
求使我们不将今日当做的任务推到明日。
求使我们行事带着微笑而不存着恶意。
若不是以我们最好的回报他人，求使我们从不感到满足。
求主帮助我们终日待人友善，就象我们要人如此待我们一样。
求主帮助我们始终以诚待人，从没有任何吝啬行为或不正当交易的愧疚，也从不寻求占他人便宜。
求主帮助我们终日这样工作，以致晚间时能听到祢夸奖说：“干得好！”
因祢爱的缘故，垂听我们的祷告。阿们。
In the Morning
O God, our Father, help us this day to work faithfully and to work well.
Grant that we may put off until tomorrow no task which should be done today.
Grant that we may not do with a grudge that which should be done with a smile.
Grant that we may never be content to render to anyone else that which is less than our best.
Help us all through this day to be as kind to others as we would wish them to be with us;
Help us always to be honest, never to be guilty of any mean action or any sharp practice, and never to seek an unfair advantage over others.
Help us all through this day to work in such a way that when the evening comes we shall hear Thee say: “Well done!”
Hear this our prayer for Thy love’s sake. Amen.
晚祷
天父上帝阿，一日终了之际，求与我们同在。
若我们感到沮丧，若我们实在已经尽了所能，却仍觉自己是个失败者，求助我们晓得祢都了解这一切。
若我们清楚地意识到今日做了错事，求救我们脱离试图向祢隐瞒的愚昧；帮助我们向祢陈诉，晓得，我们若真心悔改，祢会赦免我们。
若我们今日受伤害，若有人待我不友善，若朋友待我不忠诚，求助我们记得耶稣也知道个中滋味，因衪都经历过。
若今日是个快乐日，生活过得甜美，求助我们记得现在就向祢感恩。
临睡前，我们要为祢所有的仁慈感谢祢！求祢赦免我们一切的罪孽，饶恕我们一切的过犯；求祢祝福我们，也祝福我们所爱的人们。
祷告靠赖我主耶稣基督。阿们。
In the Evening
O God, our Father, be with us as this day ends.
If we are feeling depressed, if we have honestly done our best and yet feel that we are a failure, help us to know that Thou dost understand.
If we are well aware that we have done something wrong today, save us from the foolishness of trying to hide it from Thee; and help us to tell Thee about it, knowing that, if we are truly sorry, Thou wilt forgive.
If things have hurt us today, if people have been unkind and friends have been unfaithful, help us to remember that Jesus too knows what it is like, because He went through it.
If today has been a happy day, and life has been sweet, help us not to forget now to give Thee thanks.
Before we sleep, we give Thee thanks for all Thy goodness; we ask Thy pardon for all our sins and our mistakes and we ask Thy blessing on ourselves and on those we love; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
